Terms and Conditions For familes only. All familes must read and sign our terms and conditions before any intoductions of nannys can take place. I understand that an agency fee will be payable by myself (the family employing a nanny) when i have offerd employment to a nanny that Nannykins have introduced to me. The Nannykins agency fee will depend upon the amount of days and hours that i require a nanny for, i will receive notification in writing of the amount from Nannykins once the above information has been confirmed between both parties. I will agree to sign a declaration to state that i have offerd a nanny employment who was introduced to me by Nannykins nanny ageny and the fee will be payable within 14 days from this point. All details regarding possible nannies that is passed on to me is strictly confidential and therefore i agree no information regarding any one i am introduced to will be passed on. I am aware that i will have to give personal details of information about my family to Nannykins to retain, this will remain strictly confidential at all times. As the employer of a nanny you will be directly responsible in paying their tax and national insurance, Nannykins will be able to advise and place you in contact with relevant companies in order to carry this out successfully. If a problem was to arise with employment between the nanny and the family once a contract between them has been signed and it is within the first eight weeks from Nannykins introducing you then Nannykins will help in every way possible to amend these problems if this can not be done then a possible refund to the family will be discussed depending on the circumstances. If personal problems arises between the family and nanny or they face personal working problems Nannykins will not be held responsible but will always be available for advice and help at any time. Nannykins will accept no responsibility for any damage, injury, expense, loss or damage to any property or persons that may arise. I understand that Nannykins are passing on all references, information and checks that have been done through them in every way possible, relying on the information that the nanny has given them to be correct, and can not be held responsible for in-accuracy on the nannys behalf,i am therefore also advised and responsible to carry out and verify references myself. I am responsible for providing good suitable, fair, friendly and comfortable, working conditions for the nanny i employ.
