Nannykins Refund policy
In the unlikely event that a nanny/mothers help does not commence duties on the agreed start date or fails to continue their duties within the first eight weeks then the following refund policy will apply.
Our first priority will be to find a appropriate replacement to start a.s.a.p if we are un able to find a suitable placement we will disscuss a refund based on the policy conditions below:
Commencement of duties to the termination date:
Up to 2 weeks a fefund of 75%
3 - 4 weeks a refund of 50%
4 - 8 weeks a refund of 25%
more than eight weeks a refund of 0 % will be given
